Conducted 650+ workshops across Gujarat
Our Journey of Impact
Hooak Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to mental health training, awareness, and holistic human development. For over 7 years, we have been actively working to strengthen individual and community well-being through structured, evidence-informed mental health programs.
We have conducted 650+ mental health training workshops across Gujarat, reaching individuals from rural and underserved communities as well as urban centers including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Mehsana, and surrounding regions. Our initiatives have engaged a wide spectrum of participants—children, adolescents, youth, working professionals, educators, healthcare professionals, and corporate executives.
All programs are designed around our Freethinking Approach, a practical framework that promotes rational thinking, emotional awareness, and self-reflection. This approach integrates mental health education, capacity building for a healthier, more mindful nation, soft skills development, personality development, stress management, emotional regulation, communication skills, and responsible decision-making, enabling participants to apply these competencies in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
The core objective of Hooak Trust is to promote sustainable mental well-being, foster positive yet realistic thinking patterns, and empower individuals with lifelong psychological tools. By creating safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental learning environments, we encourage open dialogue and proactive engagement with mental health.
Having witnessed significant positive impact across communities, Hooak Trust remains committed to scaling its mental health training and awareness initiatives across India, with the long-term vision of building emotionally resilient individuals, families, and communities.
We invite institutions, organizations, and partners to join us in advancing mental health awareness and capacity-building for a healthier, more mindful nation.
