This Foundation-Level Mental Health Course is designed for school students to build early awareness and strong emotional basics. It helps students understand mental health, recognize early signs of stress, develop healthy coping skills, and communicate their emotions confidently.
Through simple, age-appropriate, and interactive learning, the program improves emotional balance, focus, confidence, and overall well-being. It also supports families and schools in creating a positive and supportive environment.

The journey to get connected to your inner self
Module-1: Credibility
To kick off our journey together, you’ll learn how to embrace your strengths and flaws and trust your own individuality, so that you can finally “be yourself”. After completing this month, you will know what is “yes” or “no” for your schedule, your time, your boundaries, and who really is in charge of your life.
Module-2 : Reckoning
This month we’ll dive into your fears, insecurities and expectations so that you can be that individual who makes choices that allow you to be proud, choices where you don't undervalue yourself and embrace your individuality, choices that set an aligned example for the significant others in your life.
Module-3 : Self-acceptance
You waste so much of your life being at war with your body. This is your chance to learn to love and accept again. You’ll learn to celebrate, adore, treat it with utmost respect, and move forward with love and a focus on feeling good. Body love is about reclaiming your body's innate wisdom and your ability to listen to it..
Module-4 : Habitual
The power of habit is a digestible and informed examination of why habits exist, how they work, and how you can change them. This module will give you the foundational understanding required to create new habits that will drive your success and break old habits that are limiting your life.
Module-5 : construct your own reality
Our Ritual month is all about learning how to inculcate your daily routines with utmost smoothness and reverence so that you are connected to something greater than yourself, even with your busy schedule . It's totally possible to feel connected to your inner self in any ordinary moment and THAT is what we do this month.
Module-6 : Productive
Treat your life like a playground. Explore your own path, start a conversation, own your opinion, engage with your imagination, share your talent and refocus your life around being productive. This month is all about allowing a piece of your heart to be witnessed and celebrated.
Module-7 : Endurance
It takes courage to dream and it takes courage to pull them off smoothly. This month you’ll learn ways to deal with both the physical and mental triggers of fear. You’ll practice endurance sitting alongside your worst case scenarios. And you’ll build your own capability by taking actions, because life begins outside your comfort zone. Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
Module-8 : Purpose
You have a purpose and there is a reason you are here. Through small daily challenges, you will learn what is the true purpose of your life. This month you will be able to tune into your purpose and really align with it, setting goals so that your vision is an expression of that purpose, then life will flow much more easily.
Module-9 : Power
When you are powerful, you are fully owning your credibility, your purpose and your talents. Through deep exploration, you will unearth where you are expressing your truth and where you feel silenced. You will explore all the ways you’ve been giving your power away and all the ways you're already expressing your power.
Module-10 : Building Resilience
Teach students how to bounce back from setbacks and adversity by fostering resilience through positive thinking, problem-solving skills, building a strong support network, and practicing self-care activities.
Module-11 : Healthy Relationships
Discuss the impact of healthy relationships on mental health and provide guidance on setting boundaries, effective communication skills, conflict resolution, and recognizing signs of unhealthy relationships.
Module-12 : Self-awareness
To live with an attitude of enoughness, of sufficiency. It’s a mindset that enhances the work you’ll do this year — understanding your capability, shortcomings and ownership of personal values, safely standing up in self-expression and believing in the best possible outcome for your life, on your terms.
