Let's learn to live by this quote everyday:Â
You’ll emerge with a truer sense of who you actually are, a deeper understanding of your own power, more resourced point of view on pretty much everything in and around you. Â
Each month, we implement a dedicated learning module focused on a specific topic relevant to youth development. To support ongoing growth and engagement, we conduct weekly 2-hour sessions:
One week features a Mental Health Training session aligned with the monthly theme.
The following week hosts a “Let’s Talk” group counseling session, offering a safe space for open dialogue and personal reflection.
Our “Let’s Talk” sessions are designed to explore the deeper meanings of youth life, providing personal counseling and emotional support to help young individuals navigate challenges and build resilience.
Through this consistent and holistic approach, we aim to empower youth with knowledge, emotional strength, and a sense of purpose.
